Each fall, Sultana Projects embarks on an “Annual Appeal” campaign to raise approximately $15,000 to support the organization’s award winning educational programs. Distinct from Sultana’s Shipmates Membership Program, the Annual Appeal campaign is specifically designed to raise funds to support tuition discounts and scholarships for participating schools. Contributors to the Annual Appeal receive Sultana’s bi-annual newsletter, Annual Report, advanced notice of public sails, invitations to special events and the opportunity to sign-up in advance for Sultana's Annual Downrigging Weekend.
This year, in an effort to save expenses and paper waste, Sultana Projects is encouraging people to contribute to the Annual Appeal online. Contributions are generally encouraged at the $25, $50, $100, $250, $500 and $1,000 levels, but are welcome at any amount.
