Day Sails 2009

For those interested in a more prolonged sailing experience on the open waters of the Chesapeake Bay, Sultana offers Public Day Sails throughout the season that give you the opportunity to accompany Sultana on one of her port-to-port transits.   These sails generally last from 5 to 8 hours in length, beginning in one port and ending in another.  Day Sails give the captain and the crew a chance to unfurl more of Sultana's canvas and sailsomewhat harder than is usually possible during our two-hour sails. 

Day Sails are limited to 12 passengers and no children under 12 are permitted.  Passengers are expected to pack their own lunch and provide their land transportation.
