Roots of a Nation – A Chesapeake Journey

This registration form is for use by history teachers in Calvert, Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne’s, St. Mary’s, and Talbot Counties in Maryland participating in the Roots of a Nation Teaching American History Program.  If you are a history teacher in one of these counties and would like to participate in the Roots of A Nation program, please contact Chris Cerino at ccerino@sultanaprojects.org or call 410-778-5954
