THE SULTANA ENDOWMENT
To ensure the long-term success of Sultana Projects, the Board of Directors has established the Sultana Projects Endowment. A portion of the income earned by this endowment is used to support the organization’s ongoing operations. The principal of the Sultana endowment is permanently restricted and may not be withdrawn to cover current operating expenses.
Sultana Projects welcomes contributions to the Sultana Endowment through gifts of cash, appreciated securities and property. Through a relationship with the Mid Shore Community Foundation, Sultana Projects is also able to offer Charitable Gift Annuities that provide significant tax advantages while producing an attractive rate of return for the life of the donor(s).
